Custom Work - by Baby Card Expressions

Please note that we are temporarily NOT accepting requests for custom work. We are in the process of launching our sister website, and are focusing all of our time on preparing for the launch of Lovely Ink. We plan to continue offering custom designs in mid 2008. Thank you for your understanding.

Do you offer custom design work?

Our business is growing, but we still want to be able to provide custom designs to our customers. We do have a few rules for custom work. A lot of time, work and creative energy goes into each custom design, so we hope that you will be understanding of our requests.

1 - At this time, we do charge a $30.00 non-refundable fee for custom work. This will be applied toward your order once it is placed. Please email us and we will provide you instructions on how to make the deposit payment. If you choose not to order the custom design that we have provided, the fee will not be refunded. At this time, we will provide you with a list of what we will need from you in order to proceed.

2 - Our time is valueable, so we do ask that you are *very* specific as to what you are looking for as far as colors, number of photos, layout (vertical or horizontal) and elements. If you want to give us creative freedom, we are fine with that. We just want to be sure that you understand that there is just one free custom proof provided.

3 - We will provide a single custom proof for you at no charge (the deposit will still be collected). You may make basic changes to the proof once it is provided. If you would like more than one custom proof idea sent, there will be a charge for each additional custom proof thereafter. Contact us for the pricing on more than one custom designs.

4 - Please send us an email prior to the start of work, and we will let you know if what you have in mind is possible. If you see a announcement design that you would like to use for birthday, etc, we can usually accommodate that.

5 - Custom designs may be added to our product gallery - designs are not exclusive for your use only. Thanks for your understanding! Contact us for additional details.
